  Securely place your jewelry in its original gift box and shipping mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
